Not a bank
Azure Resort is not a bank or a licensed financial institution and does not provide bank accounts, deposit accounts, or banking services unless a licensed banking partner is expressly named on the Site. Any reference to an "account", "balance", or "wallet" describes a feature of our service, not a bank account.
No deposit or FDIC insurance
Funds, balances, or stored value held in connection with the Site are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), are not guaranteed by any government agency, and are not bank deposits.
Fees and pricing
Any fees that apply to a product or service are disclosed to you before you are charged. We do not charge undisclosed fees. Where a fee schedule applies, it is made available on the Site.
Risk
Where the Site offers financial, investment, lending, or digital-asset (crypto) features, those features carry risk, including the possible loss of value. We do not guarantee any return, profit, outcome, or rate, and past performance does not indicate future results.
Identity verification (KYC / AML)
To use certain features we may be required to verify your identity or your business and to collect supporting information (commonly called KYC, KYB, or AML checks). By using those features you consent to this verification, and we may decline, limit, or suspend service where it cannot be completed.
Sanctions and prohibited use
The Site may not be used by, or for the benefit of, any person or entity that is the target of economic sanctions (including parties on a U.S. OFAC list) or located in a sanctioned or restricted jurisdiction, nor for any unlawful, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited purpose.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Site. Some features may not be available in every jurisdiction.
Electronic communications and consent
By using the Site you consent to receive disclosures, notices, agreements, and other communications electronically, and you agree that electronic records and signatures have the same legal effect as paper ones. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Account closure and availability of funds
We may suspend, limit, or close a feature or account in line with our Terms or applicable law. Where value is held on your behalf, we will make it available to you in accordance with those Terms and applicable law, subject to any verification or legal requirements.
